I am one of the affected customer of Bharti Axa or Metis Marketing Services ( appointed by Bharti AXa)
On the 16 th of August an agent from Metis Marketing called and explained the following benefits
Policy of Rs 40000
Maturity amount after 5 years Rs 80000
Upto 6 family members are covered in case of hospitalisation for over Rs 500 and above
Rs 20000 agent commission to be credited after 45 days
Tax benefit
Cashless card will be provided
After receiving the original policy from Bharti AXA, I need to return the policy to them and in lieu they will issue me a new policy with all the benefits
Above mentioned points were repeated several times, and now agent or your company is not in sink with the benefits given to me
It so happens that after calling the agent Kanika 8882116077, she has a new story every time, the company has suddenly decided to change then premium amount to be 1 Lac for silver, 2 lac for gold and goes on .
I have been cheated and how many others like me .
It’s so demeaning to see a company like Bharti AXA is involved is such misleading activities
Moreover the policy number dosent exist and no details shows under my name

please see this kind of activities misleads and hamper normal life of people and Bharti AXA life should be heavily penalised for giving license to such agents
