Aircel — Talk time offers not vallid

My name is ajay my mob no is 7399374573 and i was recharge in 12 sep 2016 Rs 79 through easy recharge the offer shown in easy recharge is rs 79 which is give rs 60 talktime +250 mb internet for 90 days but no credit in my account so that i will complaint in 198 but no complaint no send in my mobile. the castamar care executive officer not satisfied me .it is not question of 79 rs but it is totaly misgude to customer by the aircel .if my complaint not sautout than i will definitely go to consumar court.
