I have booked a plot in Ashapurna Chandan Vihar through propertychacha.com for a plot by paying Rs 1,00,000 with propertychacha.com under signed by Shanti Swaroop Satija. I have been informed that they have tie up with bank and they will make arrangement for Loan and this is a govt Approved project and on booking time they give me 100% confident that this is Govt. approved project, but they failed to provide the loan, on my enquiry they said we are working on the same, then I requested for Refund on 4th of June 2013, they gave a post dated cheque dtd 28th June for Rs 50,000 and dtd 28th July Rs 50,000, first cheque returned back twice due to insufficient of funds, and 2nd cheque also returned back due to insufficient of funds , please advice in this issue Thanks in advance
