Delay in order by Shopclues.com

I am sachin and made online payment for speaker (code: 3885568) and my order number is 22482161 on Oct 19th 2014. Till the date I haven’t received the product delivery and customer service number is 01244414888 which is always on busy tone. I have already submit my complaint with the company with request number 1195570and 1268040. Help me to get out of this. Thanks sachin
