Misbehaving of customer representative – BAJAJ FINANCE

I am the borrower of loan for auto rickshaw from BAJAJ FINANCE . Every month Emi is deducted on time from my bank account and for the of June,the Emi has not been deducted and thats not my fault. But the customer care representative are calling me and misbehaving with me using abusing word .I also have the call recording .Kindly help me out what should i do .or can i lodge police complaint regarding these issue.
