I was waiting for Gingee bus at Tiruvannamalai bus . Around 9.30 pm today , 1 to 5 Chennai bus came, conductor was not allowed the passengers other than chennai, since there is no provision for other stage ticket(as he said). One of the passenger was requested the incharge, but he was shouted him like anything. In the mean time, the conductor was shouted the other passengers who are all waiting for Gingee, Tidivanam. Being a govt staff, he was speaking unparliamentary and unhealthy words. Once bus was moved he allowed the passengers, where the stage name was not mentioned in bus board. I got ticket to Gingee, and given Rs.104 for the ticket of Rs.24. He has not given change, I was waited. But after 10 mins I asked him that, he has shouted in bad words.
I want few clarifications as mentioned below.
1. Whether the passengers, who want to reach mid point between starting point to end point, are alkowed to sit in bus or not?
2. During this incident, the TNSTC incharge inspector was done nothing. Then what is his role?
