Railway ticket booking using upi

I tried booking railway ticket from irctc web portal, I pay for my ticket using google pay UPI application,the amount was debited from my account but was not processed by my SBI bank due to which I missed my important premium tatkal ticket
My reservation id is 100001676698845.My upitransection id is 904211471999 Dated 12/2/19
