Reliance Digital Store in Kottayam, Kerala never answers customer’s phones. It is highly ill mannered when customer’s needs assistance without driving to the store.
I have visited the shop and requested staff to answer the customer phone calls. Staff has replied that we are too busy to answer phone.
I have been trying to get some information about the product availability for the past 3 days by calling them in the contact numbers mentioned in the website. But phones were never answered. 3 numbers have been listed in the websites. No one bothers to answer any of them. If store cannot answer customer calls, then either contact number to be removed from the website or make arrangements to answer customer queries.
