A private money lender through Property chacha owner shanti swaroop satija In the name of sampattitrding – sampattitrading.com , is lending money. He doesn’t have a proper job except money thefting, he collect money from market and then lend on interest to others, he gave someone Rs. 1,00,000 and asking for Rs. 20,000 as interest monthly .Due to financial problem borrower had to work hard and pay only interest. Whichever month was not paid, interest was put upon that amount also (means interest was put upon interest). Like that lender gave more than Rs.9 lacs, in 8 years. When borrower says to wait cannot pay, he keep on threatening.
Due to this so many people are in trouble. Why should we allow this in our society? Government must take action like such people.
His torture and harassment, may lead people to commit suicide. Shanti Swaroop Satija is a dangerous person to the society, He is not paying the Income Tax. The above said interest is illegal as per RBI.
As per my knowledge he lend money to more than 100 persons and crores Rs, but the number must be probably ten times that. Daily many -2 people coming to his office for money and he keep return them out of office by saying he is out. While he is always in ofc. I would like to request RBI, Govt of Delhi and Income tax department to take action against him.
I hope you will do the needful ASAP.
I am writing this due to good citizen of India.
I request you to please take the proper action immediately to save the human lives.
