This complaint is regarding a fraud done with me in commercial property related investment case by Sampatti Trading and Developers Limited in CP delhi. One of thier CEO Mr Shanti Swaroop Satija has collected a check of Rs.1.5 Lac as an advance against booking office space of 15o sq. ft in thier commerical building coming up in Sake, Delhi
Company ceo Mr Shanti Swaroop Satija did fraud with me by forging my sign in thier documents, and when i raised my concern over that they promised me return my money over call.( i did all my conversataion over mail but they replied over call only)
Please help me in getting my money back.
