i contacted this Shakti Gems n Jewels from google by searched government approved valuers and see contact on google right side. i asked for my property valuation. i paid 10k and got worst valuation document which is having no value and totally fraud. even on google they showed their information which was hacked by them which was actually for https://www.governmentapprovedvaluers.com/ and again i contacted them and i got valuation report from https://www.governmentapprovedvaluers.com/ which is 1000% valid and genuine. Be careful from such fraudsters Shakti Gems n Jewels for any valuation. They are fake and fraud.
