I got a SMS from propertychacha.com for plots in bhiwadi & jaipur. I called to given nos. in sms at 9871372372 and they called me to visit at office. I came to office and they explained me about projects. I noticed that they forced me in every wording to book plots and give booking amount cheque in favor of Satija Builders & Financers Limited, delhi. While they didnt explained me completely about the projects. i just listen and note down info and enquiry my self over internet and project location found all fake. thank god i didnt paid to them. All fake information they have and cheating and frauding the customer every day. Please Dont buy any plots/flats from property chacha – propertychacha.com. This company slogan needs to revise and should be “khub kmao – aur property chacha ko de jao – fir kbhi na lene aao“.
I save my self after research about this company and all past complaints about this company. I personally advise you all please dont invest or buy any plots from this company otherwise one day you will all will be cry n cry.
