Arihant builder Pune for Green city project in Hadapsar has taken the money for 4 wheeler parking but allotted 2 wheeler parking.
At the time of parking allotment myself argue and ask to meet builder but builder contact is nowhere available all the people working in builder office are executive who deal with customer. Arihant builder never comes in any communication or commitment with customer. The office staff cheats to customer making false and fake commitment. They might be taking more money from customer to allot the parking whichever they want
At the time of allotment I asked for proper parking space to fit the 4 wheeler but the Shreyas from the builder office told that this is the last parking allotment is left so you have to grab it. When I ask for the other option then he told that those are for new phase not for you and said that the allotted parking is sufficient for 4 wheeler Maruti Ertiga can be parked.
I am not very expert in 4 wheeler driving, But when I buy Alto 800 last month, it cannot be parked in the given parking allotment. Such experience builder must be aware that which area is suitable for 4 wheeler parking, but upfront making false/fake statement convince the customer to sign the Parking allotment form and also at the end of the possession ask for feedback form as well.
Now the legal contact person of builder saying that you have signed the parking allotment form and given the feedback also; but he is not at all looking at the issue and not ready to resolve it just on the basis of document signed in 2012.
