My package ( Tracking No: D81247991, Reference No: [protected], Booking Date: 04th dec’23) was supposed to get delivered today (7th Dec, 2023) to Lucknow (Pin Code: 226015).
But in DTDC tracking website, it is now showing “Not Delivered(ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR))”.
The address provided is definitely correct and the delivery person did not even call once on the phone number provided.
Please resolve and update me regarding my package. I need it today urgently.
In any case, I have raised a ticket on DTDC Support website (#[protected]. Please ensure that I receive the package as soon as possible.
