Food poisoning issue but Pvr selling popcorn with tickets forcible

is made compulsory at pvr sahu (LUCKNOW)to buy popcorn & cold-drinks with each ticket during dr strange multiverse of madness show. However it is nowhere written anywhere on pvr site or on any terms & conditions that consumer need to buy it compulsorily. It’s really a matter of concern that the workers also say that either buy both movie ticket & popcorn otherwise no ticket will be issued. This is really bad about pvr that they are looting customers each day with such a bad scam. I think management must look into matter otherwise consumer forum is the last option for customers.
