Order return fail – Snapdeal.com

Few days ago i ordered a phone back cover for realme gt master edition but the cover was dirty so i return it but the delivery boy’s behaviour was so bad he didn’t accept it saying his money will be deduct. This is ridiculous this behaviour is not acceptable. Customer service is too bad. The pickup service was xpressbees. Please look into this matter and solve it immediately. My money goes into vein just because of the bad customer service. My suborder id is [protected]. Please solve this matter i want my money back
