Recharge not credited to smart card – Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation [BMRCL]

On 15/02/2023 at around 10:00 a.m I tried recharging my namma metro smart card bearing no. [protected] through WhatsApp. I followed all the steps required and directed by the WhatsApp moderator, I received the link to pay for recharge amount i.e Rs. 200, I paid it successfully through Google-pay( screenshot of the payment attached) yet after the payment being successful I did not receive any confirmation on the successful recharge of the smart card and neither was the amount of Rs. 200 credited to my smart card (I have presented the card at the Card Top-Up terminal on the same day multiple times, it always showed no recharge found). The amount has been debited from my bank account and it has been two days yet the amount has not been credited to my smart card.
I kindly request you to either refund the entire amount of Rs. 200 to my bank account or credit the entire amount to the smart card bearing no. [protected].
