Sampatti trading and developers limited, sampattitrading.com, headed by one Mr. Shanthi Swaroup Satija, Phone +91-92780-24-365 is a real estate broker. He calls himself as a Builder, but only functions as a broker and his total assets value is 5 Lac. He looks for seller and pays a very low advance on properties and blocks the property with an agreement. He then searches for buyers, but keeps saying that he is the one who will buy and keeps dragging by giving all sort of lies. Be very cautious with this company/person. He is a smooth talker and super frauder.
