Each Sunday after watching Property mantra on Delhi Aaj Tak, Satija got 100 calls from various type of investor and he give time to each of one to come in his office,to make them to understand the with s instruction to come with money/ cheque book.He would also impress them by high respect,attending with offering good behaviour along with tea,etc. After he got success in getting money he would act differently by starting misbehaving,by not picking phone call,as his usual behaviour.
