Thrissur Tvs — I am complaining against the dealer

I submitted my vehicle for amc regular service at thrissur Tvs at thrissur Kerala. At the time of vehicle receiving they committed to deliver my vehicle on same day evening. But they did not do the work and they informed not me vehicle will not get. Evening I called the service advisor and they replied me will give next day. Very irresponsible person, and doesn’t any manner.
