Reliance GSM – Total Service Breakdown

I recently bought my new nokia lumia 720 From Mobile store of South moti bagh , it had an offer of free 2 Gb 3G data plan for 2 months on idea number (8510032038) . i have tried all that i could to contact the executives about the matter but no useful response has been given to my plea . Help me .
