Riviera Buildtech Private Limited having its Directors Ravi Bali (09650733337), Hemant Khandelwal & Rishi Gupta are big cheaters. I have booked by flat in their project “Krishna Riviera Hights” Raj Nagar Ext. Ghaziabad. I have paid more than Rs. 8,00,000/- and after the lapse of more that 3.5 years they have not started construction.
All my efforts to enquire about the progress of construction goes into vain as now they are not even ready to talk. All my hard earned money has been in the hands of Cheaters.
I have filed a compliant against them in consumer forum also but they are not appearing before the court also.
Please do not trust these cheap people.
