Airtel GPRS – Wrong GPRS charges by Airtel

What a way to reward a customer of last 10 years. Simple: Snap wrong GPRS charges of 3000 rupees, even when GPRS was never used by me. Surprisingly, in my GPRS usage pattern, I can see that GPRS is being used all throughout the day and night. As per Airtel bill, I have not slept for last 15 days and kept on using GPRS services day and night. I hope somebody is going to get this mistake corrected because I’m not going to pay for the services that I never used. My complaint number is 53284376
