Avis Hitek Sleek Air Cooler & For repairing under warranty , But no any customer care number & service centre

I bought this Air Cooler on the special recommendation of the shop owner about its features and high quality in this summer. I was pitching on some other brand as I had never heard of Avis, but the shop owner insisted on this saying that it is exported to Middle East and blah-blah… Eventually, I bought this cooler by paying an amount of Rs. 8700. When I started operating it, it gave warm air inspite the tank was full… I thought that this is due to high temperature outside… After 4-5 month not start .
