Respected sir i buy a pair of columbus black shoes from paytm mall 23/10/2018 online.which order id is 6349114143 and my account no on paytm is 8630515430 name Rishabh Agarwal
but sir i got the different shoes so i returned on 08/11/2018. feom then till now they do not send me my money. and i have contacted my time with them on their customer care no. every time they side different word some time say we are just doing some time say 24 hours sometime say 48 hours. sir i need my money very urgent i am unemployeed. please invastigate my matter with paytm and help me in receiving my money back.
